Thank you (as well as everyone else) for the compliment ☺️
Can't wait to see your progress and your DH, like so many of the UAC spouses, sounds so supportive 💞😍💞

*Edited to add my NSV!! Lol. I work on the 3rd floor of a very large building (actually 3 buildings connected by walkways!) and have been taking the stairs whenever I come/go to my desk! In the past I've always used my bad knees as an excuse, and would walk DOWN, but take the elevator going up. Since we've been back in the office, I've been taking the stairs, telling myself that if/when my knees get to hurting (throughout the day), I can always take the elevator then. I'm happy to say that I haven't used the elevator except once when I had my hands full! #morestamina

Whew! It took me most of today, but I finally got through reading all of the NSV's! All I can say is Wow!!
Sorry for my late entry. My grands left yesterday morning and I worked both jobs yesterday. I didn't get home until later in the evening. And about 30 mins after I got home the power went out, although there was no storm in sight! Weird! Power was out for almost 4 hours.... just enough to make things in convenient. I'm exhausted from the grands being here all week (and getting up at 4:15am 3 days this week to go into the office to work).
@whatmerunning I think it's awesome that you're able to maintain a lot of focus when you need to. I need to learn how to get better at that. Lol. I applaud you. Thanks for all of your commentary today as well! I know you have a lot going on. I appreciate YOU!
@maltedtea Yes, huge congrats! You look amazing!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Kitchen Closed? Yes
Going "nuts" with nuts today? No (12 days-free )
(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.)
Pass day 1/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).
My NSV is being able to consciously accept that I need to conquer "nuts". Just going 12 days free of "nuts" nuttiness is an achievement.3 -
Wow O, wow O.
UACers are amazing people. I have read and read all the NSVs. They are so uplifting. We have all come a long way! Congrats everyone.
Let's keep it up.2 -

I wrote a big long, boohoo here and deleted it. You don't need to read that *kitten*. And I don't need to dwell on it. I just need to follow the immortal words of Tim Allen, as Jason Nesmith playing Cmdr. Peter Quincy Taggart: "Never give up, never surrender." (And yes, I had to look up the character names... all I could remember was it was Tim Allen in "Galaxy Quest.")
one of my most favorite movies! Love Sigourney Weaver and all the charactors. As a long time sci fi fan I must have watched this one at least 30 times over the years and each time I discover a new "poke".
Me too Love Galaxy Quest & Sigourney Weaver!!
