@lesdarts180 I LOVE cod'n'chips, but only have it the once when I am in UK, so that's now 18 months ago. Look forward to the next time! Like you, I can never eat all the chips. There are various options on the MFP database for cod and chips, but no exact match, so you'll have to guess the next best thing ...1

Pass day 1.
I worked secularly early in the morning and in the evening and was tired out from the day before with yard work, etc, so no exercise and no recording my food.
These things happen. That's why we have the pass days. They take care of the occasional bump in the road.

Late to the party but glad to be heerlen
