bringing fruit in my low carb diet
yes I decided to bring some fruit in my low carb diet. I have given up sweets and I thought well maybe some fruit will help and it seems to. I dont do keto, I just do 100 gr or less of carbs daily. I love low carb, it has worked for me for the past 3 years keeping my weight stable. Anyone else eat fruit? Grapefruit, strawberries, grapes, of course all in moderation. Seems to be working. I dont think I could do low carb unless I put some of these in and I also use low carb flat bread because I have to have some kind of bread or at least I think I do, lol
