    So I haven't updated for a week. Well here goes.... This was tough. You hear "all you need to do is exercise for 24 hours over the month" and think "well hell, I can do that!" Well I didn't make it. I exercised a lot (strictly bike riding) but I came up a few hours short. What this really means is that this is truly a CHALLENGE! Everyone who made their goals, I applaude you!

    1st - 71 minutes on the bike :)
    2nd - 66 minutes on the bike

    5th - 94 minutes on the bike. 20.2 mi & a PR!
    6th -
    7th - 71 minutes again on the bike.
    8th - 71 minutes again.
    9th - 30 minute ride shortened by mechanical difficulties :\

    15th - 124 minutes on the bike

    23rd - The long ride on Saturday caused some numbness. Need a new saddle. No riding till the feeling comes back to those parts of my body that I cherish :)
