Feeling optimistic :)

Hi! I'm 72 and new to mfp - at least, haven't been here for quite a few years. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and another muscle issue that requires me to use a cane, so my exercise is limited. I was paying for WW but not doing the program so when a friend said she was switching to mfp I decided to join her. It's only been 5 days but so far I like this much better! I think going back to the basics of counting calories will be successful for me :)

Hi reinventing...Yes I love counting calories so much more than points! I have not done WW in years. I recently did Noom where I lost 30 pounds and Nutrisystem A LA Carte where I purchased lunches. I am sorry you are slowed down with arthritis. I have some knee issues so can understand how aggravating it is when the mind wants to move but the body does not!
