One of the things that help me out a lot is getting burrito bowls from Chipotle for lunch. Warm, delicious, and filling. Brown rice, black beans, chicken and extra veggies. I skip the cheese and guac.0

- Slow cooker meals - eat one serving, save one unfrozen, freeze one for later

The more egg whites and apples I eat the better.
Riding the recumbent bike at the Y helps my feet and ankles.
My walks go better when my feet and ankles are better.
Delay is easier than just say no.

Homemade veggie bowls for lunch: I take a bag of broccoli slaw, nuke it for 10' to cook and let it cool afterwards. Later I throw it in a tupperware, put a little cooked chicken in, and a bit of lite Asian dressing. When I'm ready for lunch, I nuke it for 3' and have a hot and filling (and lite) lunch.0
