I'm down 0.6 pounds. I'm mostly just bouncing around the same range. I'm not too far off from where I'd like to be, thankfully, but still haven't put together the focus needed to get there.
Sunday is Tisha B'Av, a day of commemorating the destruction of the two Temples in Jerusalem, and a variety of other tragedies that have struck the Jewish people over the centuries through fasting and mourning. It also marks the beginning of the march to the High Holiday season, and as such, is a trigger to begin the process of introspection that will (hopefully) lead to repentance and atonement and forgiveness at Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur.
I raise this because I plan to use this time to really think about a number of personal goals, including my health/fitness/weight (though those issues fall lower on the priority list than others).
So, back to work!

Down 5 from last week. I've been using Noom as a way to have inspiration, education and accountability. After a pretty slow start on June 22 (read, not losing much weight) I'm almost a month in to their program. I'm primarily gaining mindfulness from following their daily lessons. Of course most of this was learned in WW, but I do best when I'm following some sort of structure.

Went to WW Studio first since Covid. I went to buy WW BBQ Potato Crisps. DW eats them and we used to order on line but out of stock.
Lady asked me if I wanted to weigh in. I wore gym shoes and my leg brace were on.

I’m doing my best to maintain balance in the universe by finding the weight you guys lost this week, but the most I could come up with was three pounds of gain. Since the day before my weigh-in I was down a half pound, and the night before my weigh-in was a large meal, I’m pretty sure I know what happened. I’m down about two pounds since that Thursday night.
