IS the best way to find TDEE is fitbti(which is pretty expensive) only...i have been through many websites and they all say diff numbers...also people exercise at diff intensities ...so i may exercise 4 times a week but only burn 200 cal with it and someone else might be burning 400 and those calculators will put us both in moderate exercise activity range....i feel until i found out right TDEE..i will be way behind success,....guide please,...

FitBit and BodyMedia can be very useful in that regard.
I've had many using those state this spreadsheet got the same figures, when they were honest with their total activity.
Because very true an hour of walking is not the same as hour of running as hour of lifting as hour of yoga.
Use the spreadsheet linked on my profile page for best estimates of everything.0 -
I wear a fitbit and find my average cal burn is pretty close to scoobys estimate. I know you are just starting out and want to make sure you 'get it right'. But there is some trial and error to this process and your cal intake may require some adjustment over time. Try not to be to be too obsessed over the number. Pick a starting point you're comfortable with or average the results you're getting from the different calculations and give it a go ????0

My Fitbit TDEE is also very close to all of the TDEE calculations I've done. Actually my Fitbit is a tad higher but still within around 100-150/day. Close enough for me when eating at -20%. The calculators and spreadsheets are pretty right on if you accurately input your activities.0
