Another pass day.
I did get lots of exercise. We went swimming in a seawater lido (cold!!), Walked about 15 minutes to get lunch and walked 15 minutes back to the car. Then a bike ride with my grandson. The lido was too cold for the children so we weren't in there long, but even 20/30 minutes is still good.
We had fish and chips for lunch, so gave up tracking.8 -

Today my exercise was a 2.16 ride on my my bike in 18 minutes it was so nice to be out again on a bike don’t get me wrong I love my spin bike but it was sooo nice. I do hope to incorporate more rides . I did a little strolling in the backyard to get my 20 minutes. Tracked logged and just made it now to get through tomorrow.6 -

Exercise: I was just going to take a fast 5k walk, but then I got out there and felt compelled to do some 30 second sprint intervals. Ended up doing 14 of them.

I've given @MaltedTea a shout out a couple of times this month... but no answer. Crickets. I hope everything is ok.

I’ve been feeling a little shaky (very unlike me) - beginning to think it’s the dramatic decrease in sugar & salt. Should go away soon. I’m eating nutritiously.5 -

I was getting bored with my current workout and slacking the last couple of weeks so I decided to do the EPIC workout program: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpis3RcTw6t47XO0R_KY4WQ
I started with the one week beginner workout just to see what it is all about. Day 1 was a lower body workout with no equipment outside of a wall, chair and mat. It was mostly different kinds of lunges and squats. I had no problems with squats though there were a couple that involved the chair which I skipped. I don't have that kind of balance. The lunges were more problematic as some were a little too hard on my knees so I modified them and did them much slower. Anytime I had to skip an exercise I did crunches instead. My knees are hurting a little bit but otherwise I have no sore muscles as my legs are relatively strong already.

2️⃣ pass days used this monthThat gardening yesterday really worked my back and arms, as predicted. It was very hot here today, and I got to the outdoor pool to swim laps. I was so happy to get back into the pool as it has been too cool to contemplate that for the past week and the indoor lane pool has been closed for repairs and maintenance. The days of outdoor swimming for this season are coming to an end. I’m pretty nervous about moving to the indoor pool as our numbers here are the worst in Canada, and to complicate matters, I am immune compromised.
Long walk tonight with the puppy and it is bedtime here now.

Still in London, doing lots of fun things with the kids and walking my legs off. I cannot do much about controlling my calories though, although I am not going mad on anything, try and eat as responsibly as possible. Luckily I don't have a sweet tooth and I don't like most fast food...
One more day in London, then back to France on Wednesday 1st, in time to start the September Challenge!5 -
