    P.S. - I’m Canadian too. I believe she is in Montreal, Quebec. I am in the prairies of Saskatchewan (easy to draw: hard to spell 😂😂😂)

    Aug 30:
    ✅✅✅ Exercise today was a 20 min walk while waiting on my first massage client (I got there early).... and then 180 minutes of giving massages!! ;)


    I've given @MaltedTea a shout out a couple of times this month... but no answer. Crickets. :( I hope everything is ok.

    Awesome job @Geneveremfp !! Staying on track in spite of going to a bbq!! Kudos!!! :smile:

    That gardening yesterday really worked my back and arms, as predicted. It was very hot here today, and I got to the outdoor pool to swim laps. I was so happy to get back into the pool as it has been too cool to contemplate that for the past week and the indoor lane pool has been closed for repairs and maintenance. The days of outdoor swimming for this season are coming to an end. I’m pretty nervous about moving to the indoor pool as our numbers here are the worst in Canada, and to complicate matters, I am immune compromised.

    Long walk tonight with the puppy and it is bedtime here now.

    Happy last day of August to everyone tomorrow!
