    βœ…βœ…βœ… Exercise today was a 20 min walk while waiting on my first massage client (I got there early).... and then 180 minutes of giving massages!! ;)


    I've given @MaltedTea a shout out a couple of times this month... but no answer. Crickets. :( I hope everything is ok.

    Awesome job @Geneveremfp !! Staying on track in spite of going to a bbq!! Kudos!!! :smile:
