I’ve also wondered about @SModa61 - I remember you were getting a home ready to sell….lots of work there …hopefully you haven’t given up on us?
I took a delightful 57 mile bike ride yesterday to a state park. Sat by the lake for awhile to rest. It was so peaceful, there was only 1 person on the beach and two kayakers in the water. Unfortunately the concessions were closed but there were some vending machines so I could resupply my water bottles. I plan to do a lot more in the future!

Sherri @SModa61 did let me know a cpl weeks ago that she was taking a few weeks "away" from the group due to the craziness and preparation of getting her house ready to sell and then move (all the contractors, chaos, etc.) She assured me that she would be back soon though...2 -

Exercise at least 20 minutes? Slightly quicker than sloth-paced, and a little longer, so I'll take it this time.
Track everything? No... now that I think on it, no, I didn't. Oops.
