    That gardening yesterday really worked my back and arms, as predicted. It was very hot here today, and I got to the outdoor pool to swim laps. I was so happy to get back into the pool as it has been too cool to contemplate that for the past week and the indoor lane pool has been closed for repairs and maintenance. The days of outdoor swimming for this season are coming to an end. I’m pretty nervous about moving to the indoor pool as our numbers here are the worst in Canada, and to complicate matters, I am immune compromised.

    Long walk tonight with the puppy and it is bedtime here now.

    @MaltedTea - I’ve missed you too! Your sense of humor is awesome!

    I’ve also wondered about @SModa61 - I remember you were getting a home ready to sell….lots of work there …hopefully you haven’t given up on us?

    I took a delightful 57 mile bike ride yesterday to a state park. Sat by the lake for awhile to rest. It was so peaceful, there was only 1 person on the beach and two kayakers in the water. Unfortunately the concessions were closed but there were some vending machines so I could resupply my water bottles. I plan to do a lot more in the future!

    Crazy first day back at work after vacation and didn't get to workout.
