I not only survived a 1-hour full body workout today, but I also really enjoyed it. It is unbelievable how strong I am already. I even earned 500 fitness points, which is normally possible only by running. And burned 373kcal. AWESOME!9 -
Today's goal. Survive changing the bed linens (the song there be dragons comes to mind0.. @Winner_in_Life was that an Epic workout like you posted earlier? Wonder how sore you will be tomorrow.

@SummerSkier I did Epic for beginners for 2 months and Jillian Michaels for a longer time. So I think I will not get sore muscles 😉 But my heart was really pumping💓 For some exercises I switched to 5kg and even 3kg dumbbells. The heaviest I have at the moment are 7kg. I could use heavier weights for deadlift, but I buy them after moving to our new 🏠8

Pass day- 317 calories over maintaince and dammm did the scale punish me ha ha. Went from 58.1kg to 58.8kgs over night! Lol! Ahh well i enjoyed it so much and I refuse to beat myself up about it. The only thing I'll do different next time is track as I go so I can still indulge but not go so over my maintaince calories. I hve a feeling it will only take a couple of days to bounce back. Xo9 -

Exercise was a 35 min walk early this morning before it got hot.... and 3 hours giving massages tonight. Protein and net carbs have continued to be very good all month. I weighed in at 161 this morning, so I'm hoping to hit the 150s before month end!!6 -

Tracked, exercised, and over. Appreciate today's msg too. I know the scale is just a # buuuuutttt my .2 and .4 wkly losses in spite of great workouts and cleaner food choices are working my nerves BUT, I didn't let that scale # deter me from my workout and tracking today. #onwards5
