    No. Way over on calories, I stopped logging. Nice meal in Paris put me over. Got 30 minutes walking, mostly dragging a suitcase in though.

    @ForLangston – you’re doing well, tracking your food intake is a good step forward, weight loss is not linear and can be painfully slow but it will happen if you persevere.

    @jamcnewman – so sorry to hear you’re not well, hope for a speedy recovery.

    @donna25trinity 317 calories are worth less than 50 grams, the gain is all about water weight, nothing to fret about. Good luck with the new approach.

    @Geneveremfp I agree! Hectics days where we go left and right should count as an exercise. Hope you have a great time at the wedding.
