Exercise: the biggest day of ongoing activity and movement in the last few weeks. More than 3 hours of activity on the farm
Calories; definitely under my limit
Tracking: good

No. Way over on calories, I stopped logging. Nice meal in Paris put me over. Got 30 minutes walking, mostly dragging a suitcase in though.3

@ForLangston – you’re doing well, tracking your food intake is a good step forward, weight loss is not linear and can be painfully slow but it will happen if you persevere.

@donna25trinity 317 calories are worth less than 50 grams, the gain is all about water weight, nothing to fret about. Good luck with the new approach.
