Loved all the photos today! I had intended to get a sunset photo on our final walk of the day, but forgot my phone!!! I was a bit preoccupied with the new (incredibly complicated) head halter I am trying for Beau so that I can manage him alone. I usually walk with my husband and he manages the leash. Good thing I was focused as the pup tried to escape twice! Tomorrow is a new day and weβll try again.
Tomorrow is my first weigh in since joining MFP 29 days ago. To describe my current mood as nervous is an understatement. Silly, I know, to be stressed, as I have truly done my best. I will report in.

My husband had to go out of town yesterday morning for a work trip that couldnβt be avoided. He drove home and got back at 8 tonight only to leave again in the morning. Heβs such a mush when it comes to a helpless animal! One of the many things I LOVE about him!

Exercise: I got going earlier today and what a great feeling to be done before lunch rather than have it looming over me all day! Weight circuit and 30 minutes of speed work on the treadmill.

Did I exercise at least 20 minutes? I don't think so.
Did I track everything? I think so.
Did I stay within my calories goals? Nope. Not at all.
So far out of the winner's circle, I can't even see it. But I'm still a champion.
I have no recent pictures that I haven't shared. All my running photos are a year or more old. My only cycling photo is my profile picture. But I'm loving everybody else's pictures.2 -

Back on track today. In September I plan to focus on limiting processed foods. Trying to minimize added sugars and other foods like dairy that cause inflammation. Also want to add yoga or something that improves my body. I walk everyday and set a goal (Dec 28) to walk 10k steps everyday at a minimum. So far so good. Looking for ways to let my body heal itself.5 -
