12 days no grazing. Feeling like I cld of caved in today. Was tired, stressed & hungry. Ill really have to keep an eye on the protein tomoz. Night team! Xo8 -
Now in the Netherlands at my Mum's, after a few days at a friend's on one of the Dutch islands. I got plenty of exercise: walking, cycling, even a swim in the sea, but it's almost impossible to log my food. I am just being careful, but Dutch food does consist of lots of carbohydrates...11

Tracked and under but didn't have time for exercise as I'm visiting family so driving followed by a lot of sitting. My baby is going through a growth spurt too so a bit trapped by breastfeeding.9 -

Now that the sports centre is open again, I should get back into the habit of going to the gym β itβs been 18 months! Cycling, walking, etc are fine for general fitness but I should be doing more weight bearing and strength training exercise.

Excellent, thank you. I will try to hold on to my pass days a bit longer in September I've really enjoyed my first challenge month and it's definitely kept me accountable for my exercise at least. I do enjoy starting my day with a walk, but there are some days where lying in a warm bed (we are in winter in Oz) is just too tempting but I have exercised every single day of August so far, because of this group, so for that, I thank you.7 -
Monday 23 August;
Exercise: 1 hour yoga, 30 minutes walking and I have started a 30 day plank challenge with my husband. We are on day 4 which was 25 seconds ... longest 25 seconds of my life so far! lol β

I had a weekend off tracking/counting and even had some wine on Sunday night. Not going to beat myself up about it ... back in the swing today and got all 3 β

Thankfully I did a YouTube video earlier today while wfh, because I took my granddaughter and her bf out for dinner for his bday and he chose Fazoli's. (I had a salad.) By the time I got home, it was almost dark so I didn't get a walk in tonite... π I'll take today as a rest day after this wkends walking!7 -

Spent the day with a new kitten I found wandering around outside. Itβs only been one day and Iβve already spent nearly $300 on him($180 was at the vet). My husband will be devastated if someone claims him after weβve started getting attached. He went around knocking on doors yesterday trying to find out if anyone was missing the little guy. We went on Next Door app to see if anyone reported him missing. We had him scanned for a microchip.

@Jana_2020 You are so right! I never met ol' Socrates, but what I have learned over 71 years of observation is that you cannot lose and old habit. You can and should replace a bad habit with a good habit. That works better!
