Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No
Today was a pass for me. Celebrated 13 years of marriage. I wanted to enjoy every moment. Back on track tomorrow. Made sure we got our steps in by walking together.10 -

Tracked and under but didn't have time for exercise as I'm visiting family so driving followed by a lot of sitting. My baby is going through a growth spurt too so a bit trapped by breastfeeding.

Great 45 minute walk in the rain tonight with the puppy. Under calories and tracked it all!

Yesterday was a 0 yes day. Today was a 3 YES day with room to spare in the calorie budget. I’ve restarted the couch to 5k training program and today was the 4th workout.9

Exercised for at least 20 minutes? Eh... I might have, but I'm not sure, so I'm going to say no.
Tracked everything? Yes.
Stayed within calories? Oh no. That didn't even come close to happening.
This month has basically sucked for me calorie-wise, but at least I haven't gained back a whole bunch. I will do better in September. (I'm going to browbeat my daughter into eating what I have to eat to make it easier for me. Does that make me a bad mom? Do I care? Not particularly. Hahahahahah!)7 -

@bradkcrew great work esp with hills & all. I was love nothing more to be able to jog again. Did my 1st jog in a long time and caused a lot of pain due to previous injury so have put on the back burner for now I do get super inspired wen I hear about all it running sucesses. Xox

@seilidhe Ha ha not a bad mum at all I tots know wat u mean I have a hubby that loves his fun food lol I find it difficult to cook & handle his food cos it's so tempting and I have actually started to refuse making his I've cream as it's too tempting! So u do wat ever u hve to keep urself focused on ur goals. Xo3
