Welcome to the 21st! And Saturday. I actually googled Saturday and it was interesting. The best day to hunt vampires apparently.
But most of all it is supposed to be a rest day from the work week so there is not major topic today. Please enjoy the day.

9 days no grazing. 112 over calories as was hungry and tired but still under maintaince calories so im all good with that. As of this morning i hve started weighing the 1 last thing i dnt weigh which is the milk in my tea. I realised today that i hve been def under estimating as o drink alot of tea. So ill make sure i measure it from here on out. Im guessing this is why my weight hasnt moved. Night team. Xo8 -

Exercise – yes, only short bike ride but about an hour of good cardio exercise in short bursts.
Tracked – yes
Calories – yes
Good to be back home – I enjoyed the holiday but I didn’t sleep well and was exhausted by the time I got home yesterday evening.
My weight was up quite a bit this morning but I hope it’s mainly water weight. I did have dessert every day, plus other treats.

Felt good to be back on track. It’s so weird how not having my gym class schedule and Kiddo at camp makes me lose track of days and have no idea when I am. (I don’t think that’s actually a phrase, but it is now.) Only ran 2.5 miles (walked 1.5) but after a week of nothing I’m considering any running a step in the right direction. Plus it was 91% humidity and high sun, so not passing out was a win too. I need to figure out stuff to do inside the next few days with Henri headed our way.
Today’s random ramblings:I’ve decided to buy some size 10 jeans. I am a size 10, but given how fast I moved from 16 to 14 to 12 and how nauseated I am about the money spent on clothes spanning those sizes that now don’t fit - I decided I could get away with my 12s for two sizes and not buy 10s, just wait until I reached an 8. (I’ve bought a few 8s as I saw them on sale, so I have a couple pairs to use as a gauge for if they fit yet.) Six months later… still a 10. 😑 The 8s button, but that’s the nicest thing I can say about how they fit (aka: don’t fit). So… I’ve decided the best way to get the scale moving again is to just spend money uselessly and buy some 10s. That’s how the universe usually likes to play me, so I shall play her game this time. And, should it take another 6 months to get to an 8, I will have pants that actually fit for that 6 months. Lol. Im clearly grasping at straws here 😂🤦🏻♀️6 -
@Mrs_Hoffer - Congrats on the new category! 🤗🥳
@donna25trinity - is it weird that my first thought when I read your post was “oh she’s a tea drinker that puts milk in her tea, I knew I liked her.” 😂🤣

@SummerSkier A good day for hunting vampires is a rest day compared to a day of lawyering. Most people think that we are vampires. Blessings to you and Bandit!
Today's report:
Exercise: Not a rest day. We are now working on getting our farm ready for sale. This afternoon was a very active time of sweeping; stair climbing; picking up and carrying creepy wet things from an over 120 year old stone walled basement.
Calories: under my limit without exercise
Tracking: good7 -

Back on track and in a clearer mindset today.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? - Yes! Had a great long walk outdoors heading to the vet clinic to meet my husband and puppy (confirmed kennel cough). It is spreading through town at an unprecedented pace and we do take him to the off leash park where he loves to play with others. Medication on board and his cough is a already much less tonight. He should improve quickly.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? - Yes, under.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? - Yes!
I take milk in my tea too @mshawski and @donna25trinity ☕️🫖🥛 And like everyone else, I have accounted for it every day (I pre-track it and my vitamins/minerals/supplements).4 -

Exercise at least 20 minutes? YES!!!! For the first time in what feels like forever, I was able to get out and do something.
My party runners got me through week 1, day 2 of C25k twice, with a little extra to round up to 4 miles in just over an hour I wasn't fast, but it felt good to run. Sadly, though, I had a bit of heel slippage and thus developed a small blister. Need to re-google/youtube how to do the lock lacing because I think it's something "fancier" then just using the extra lace hole in the shoes. At least, that's how it sounded when I listened to a discussion about it a couple of years ago. Two of the runners suggested Balega socks, which I will check out. Another suggested that the unusual humidity here is at least a partial culprit and she said that a generous amount of aquaphor on her blister hotspots has helped.
When I got home, I put the leash on Sienna and took her out on the Loop. We ran into a neighbor and his pitbull/mastiff mix, Chimichanga. Sienna and Chimi tolerate each other, not terribly excited one way or the other about being near each other, although Sienna likes Michael and Chimi came to me for a few scritches. We walked with them and it turned into just over 3 miles. The dogs were well behaved and I had a nice walk with a cute young man. Younger than I thought, actually, but, well, I may be old, but I can still enjoy the scenery, right?
So... I did 7.3 miles in just over 2.5 hours. The heel pain, unfortunately, was there, so we've dug out my daughter's night splint for plantar fasciitis. I'll use it and see what happens. I may have to replace the insoles in the party runners with a plantar fasciitis insole.
Tomorrow I ride.
Did I track everything? I think I got everything, so I'm going to give this a yes.
Did I stay within calories? Well, no. It's really sad how many calories are in a cheeseburger and fries. I might have done it if I'd not had the bun... or the fries. But.... I am weak.4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, a 24 minute walk and then a second 43 minute walk
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? no I didn't, at my brother's birthday at a Brazilian bbq place - definitely went over
