@LazyBlondeChef - Kudos for getting right back at it. Tracking food on holiday is one of the most difficult things to do. At least you got lots of good solid exercise to counteract the restaurant food.

Glad there is not a minimum required for calories. Struggling with stomach issues right now. Exercise was difficult too, but I pushed through. May have to take a pass day soon just to rest and get better.6 -
