Other than being tired from lack of sleep, I actually feel pretty good. Hubby did tell me I was looking haggard but i can laugh at that and know that itβs temporary.
Even though the next 3 days will be 12+ hours, I still plan on tracking, staying on plan, and checking in here.

Have you tried indoor walking exercises? There are hundreds of them online (Utube Lucy Wyndham Read is my favourite). It's low impact and you can choose short routines. Just 5 minutes 4 times a day will achieve the 20 minutes. You might be surprised at how effective they are.
I do a lot of my exercise in short bursts (arthritis and other issues) and it still works.

Exercise: Yes, walk to closer park with 3 year old and back - 35 min, dance in kitchen to Kitty Fairy (her name for Katy Perry) and play chase 30 min, cycle 45 min, cool down ride 5 min, post ride stretch 5 min

Deliberate pass day for me. I planned to take it as a reward for sticking to the plan. I ate my usual healthy food all day, tracked, ran, lifted weights. Then I got a big hamburger and fries, a couple sliders for the dog, and we celebrated.
I lost 2 lbs so far, and feel really good about it. I appreciate everyone here at UAC π₯°.

Exercise? Yes, barely.Stuck in court all day again, back to back hearings, but used the stairs once to get there from my office and back - the elevator the rest of the time since I always seemed to be running late. Did use the stairs to get down to the first floor and out at the end of the day. Rode the bus, so got my short walks there. And walked the dog. On the other hand, I was so danged sleepy last night that I nearly dropped my phone off the balcony about 4 times so I went to bed early. Woke up a couple of times during the night to listen to the rain, and slept through until Sienna got in my face this morning around 8. It was still sprinkling, but I took her out and she got her rowdy on with Valentine (her "boyfren"), Dexter and Chestnut (two much smaller dogs who don't really understand how to play with the big dogs) while I stood there with the other humans and tried not to get bowled over. Depending on the weather, I'll either get out for a ride or maybe I'll take the dog for a long walk on the path - the wash is a river again, although not yet running as full as it was a couple of weeks ago. Now, I have to get ready to go to the dentist. So not my favorite thing to do, but it's been a few years since I've cried through the appointment, now I just white-knuckle it. Hahahah!
