Hi All - trying to find some others who are doing 5:2 fasting. I was doing 18:6 from February 2021 and just switched over to 5:2 about 3 weeks ago. So far I am liking it a lot due to the flexibility, but have to see how it will work with my weight loss. first week I lost 3 lbs but of course gained them back when I had my non fast days (also due to my sons bday weekend). Getting back on track and trying to eat healthy on my non fast days.
