    Morning all

    Well - pickled eggs are ditched - don't go there

    This week, last week I guess, has been ok. I have been swimming in a natural lake pretty much every day - it is now 20 degrees but kind of enjoying the cool of the water so I am going to sign up for the winter season and see how I go (I know keen and stupid right ?) - I think it gets down to about 5-6 degrees although there are pictures of swimmers with the ice - anyway I am enjoying it and it seems to clear my head and cleanse the spirt

    so what are the scores ? Well now I have the correct figures....

    SW 222 (15.12)
    LW 198 (14.2)
    CW 197.75 (14.1.3/4)

    loss a massive quarter of a pound....

    GW 182 (13.0)

    So a loss is a loss.... Mid week I was down 2 lbs but not on weigh day, hoping that this week things will average out again, we shall see.

    Keep going everyone and keep the faith we will get there in the end.

    Had an ok week - definitely felt less motivated this week given slow progress, but happy to see movement on the scale and starting to feel physically stronger too because of the exercise. Increasing protein in diet seems to help me quite a bit with keeping sugar addiction at bay.
