I was dreading the appointment. I was had a case of food poisoning two days prior and wasn't back to my full strength. God is good! I was able to get clearance from the doctor. Hip replacement was a success. Yes, I am still tender but getting stronger each day. Pool work outs have really helped with strength building and conditioning
