60's and Building Strength

After having both hips replaced, I am back at it. I need to build strength, drop the weight and stay on track with an active healthy lifestyle. I would love to hear your story on why you joined MFP and what motivates you to stay on track. Hoping to form a group, going through the same challenges and keep each other motivated.
