2/10/23 and down 8 pounds

I have been keeping steady at 138.5 for the week. My aggressive goal to loose 10 by the end of January did not happen but loosing the weight slowly is more beneficial and steady. Working out just about daily, staying focused on the end result. My goal is be down to 125lbs by June 2023. I have also been implementing different routines to change things up and work different body parts. Yesterday, I tried Russian Twists with the 6lb medicine ball and I think I pulled a muscle in my lower back. Walked on the treadmill afterward and it seemed to help. Today is Friday, weekends are always rough for me with all the extra activities and foods along with having family over for Super Bowl. I love to cook, entertain, and show off a big spread. There is no such thing as "moderation" in an Italian household :)
