Is so hard to quit and I die when I'm walking! I need to quit. Anyone else have this problem??

    I had until I had a nasty bronchitis.... and then I decided to stop cold turkey

    I just recently quit about 70 Days ago. I used the book "Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking" and had made the decision that I was no longer going to smoke.

    Lol, even in my profile pic, I have a cigarette in my ear.

    Smoking is surprisingly not needed and I'm doing it cold turkey.

    First 2 weeks were hell and I gained about 20lbs. Just FYI, it was worth it though. I'm back in control of my weight and still not smoking.
