Disneyland 1/2 Marathon, DDD, 10k, or 5k 2013
Is there anyone in this group that is attending any of these runs? I signed up yesterday and I am so happy I did. But was wondering if anyone could give me any useful tips. Currently I am using an app trainer to help improve my running time from my first 1/2 Marathon last year.

I was wondering i there were any swimmers in this group. I swim 6 x/week. I am not fast but I have been regularly adding laps to reach a 60 to 64 laps per workout session:happy: Could use some challenge working out with a buddy.
