Welcome everyone! I brought this challenge over from Sparks. I enjoyed this challenge as it keeps you accountable and doesn't really take up a lot of your day. This also helps you learn what works when you hit goal and are in maintenance.

Here's how it will work. Stay on your plan everyday for 7 days. If you miss a day don't stress life happens just start over on your streak. In order to make it easy for the leader to recognize when you have reached 7 days each day must indicate what day was completed. (Example: Day 1 completed)

Remember to support your fellow teammates along the way as well.

For those of us that came from the original group please feel free to continue what streak you are on. (Example: Week 2 Day 1)

Today, I did good! If I start over (2 days at eating someone else's cooking) I'm back at Week one, Day 1. Are we supposed to start over?

Otherwise, it's Week one, Day 4

If you did not follow your food plan you start over with week 1 day 1 and go again. We all have our off days. The goal is to do our best and see if we can keep extending our streaks.

I'll mess up next weekend again when I'm at the mercy of others cooking.

I have faith that you will do your best to follow as much of your plan as you can. All you can do is your best when life happens.
