Tell us a about yourself: I am 40 years old. I have been on this healthy journey since November 14 2018. At least that's when I got serious about it. I have lost over 100 lbs. Working towards goal and becoming a KOPS member. I live with my Hubby and our dog Trigger. I have a 20 yr old son who lives with my sister. I love to read, crochet and bake. I am so lucky to have friends that love free bake goods.
