Ankle still feels a little off, doesn’t really hurt anymore like it did the first couple days but has a little twinge when walking on it. Not sure how long should I should wait before exercising again, but playing it safe, I don’t want to make it worse.

Exercise: Yes, exercise today was housework, spent a couple hours running back and forth getting things I’ve ignored done. Originally had the day of to go hiking but friend decided didn’t feel comfortable going so had the day at home

Exercise: Yes, went shopping. Google fit says I had 43 minutes walking. Went to Costco, had samples which is quite a pain when wearing a mask but so nummy. How one logs samples I have no idea. Went to Hawaiian food cart for dinner

Exercise: Yes, 30 minute walk outside. Think my ankle is pretty much better, was fine when I was shopping yesterday, oddly just the outside of it was a little sore toward the end of my walk but then fine after I was done

Exercise: Yes, around 30 minutes yard work and 40 minutes ring fit adventure. I should have spent more time outside, there is so much to do and I'm the only one who's physically able to do it now. I do not like yard work at all. I try to view it as another type of exercise and I'm fine with mowing but for doing anything else involves pokey/scratchy things and coming across bugs and snakes.0 -

Exercise: Yes, spent a few hours cleaning as was wiped after, am viewing that as my exercise. One project I had been procrastinating in doing and finally got done, I vacuumed up years old dust bunnies after moving things from the walls. So much stuff

I was over calories a couple days but not by that much, still should have had a bit of a loss math wise. Had much more sodium than normal Friday, not sure if that's a cause or just wonderful body fluctuations

I can't get back out of vacation mode after the wedding - help! lol I am going to Pre-track tomorrow and commit to throwing away whatever wedding food my inlaws dont eat before they leave Wednesday night.1 -

Exercise: Yes, 50 minute walk outside. It was lightly raining out but it felt nice, especially on my way up the hill. Had to be a bit more careful though, almost slipped a couple times on wet leaves, nettles.

Exercise: Yes, walked outside again, 46 minutes. Same distance as yesterday but did a bit faster. Normally don’t exercise on Mondays, am too tired after work but still had the energy and was rather frustrated by a coworker. A walk and the fresh airways just what I needed (I did also have a piece of chocolate that helped)1 -

Exercise: Sorta, ran out of time for “official exercise” but did move around a lot. Was in the kitchen about two hours total, getting my lunches and dinners made for the next few days, cooked chicken for my next couple weeks of salads(tried baking breasts in oven for first time vs my normal of using a slow cooker) and last but not least cleaning up and putting everything away.
The effort it takes to cook healthy things is worth it, I know that but still… Meh. I'm thankful I just have to cook for myself though and now the next few days I don't have to worry about cooking anything but breakfast.

Under Calories: No but just 50 calories over… made crepes for breakfast this morning which was fine but then since I had most everything out already made Banana bread too. Had a couple slices. Nummy but lots of calories
Exercise: No, my day was all turned around with working at a different time and couldn’t get up the motivation to do anything once I had the time
