Yay for a three weekend, and having a bit more time. Work will be swapped and stressful tomorrow but I have my food all prepared for tomorrow, just need to either put in microwave or put dressing on it.

Exercise: No. rest day since my long day at work, didn’t sleep well and was wiped after work. Little victory of not having some ice cream when was craving it, since don't have the extra calories… I tend to not make the best food decisions when tired and sleepy
Double post today, I fully agree with that meme.
My calorie goal has changed since losing some weight, when I first started it was 1,682, It’s now 1,591 after MFP recalculated it. I have MFP set to the lowest activity setting and then losing 1lb a week.1 -

Today was busy and I got off the rails a bit when I got over hungry (it's amazing how 400 extra calories can just come out of nowhere!

Exercise: Yes, Ankle still a little tweaky so instead of walking picked up my weights for the first time in few years and did 20 minutes or so of my old routine, 5lbs feels heavier then it should but it’s a start, and a reminder to pick up my weights more often now.
