So even though I got no exercise today I did log all food and was under calories so that's good. Knees still hurt so tomorrow I'll probably only do EPIC Day 18 (chest & triceps) and skip the treadmill to give my knees a rest. Hopefully they'll be better on Friday.

I am completely behind my Epic schedule. I think I should alredy back my dumbbells and continue when we are throught with our move and unpacking. I have enough strength training by moving the boxes around. A Big Day is already next week. Loding on 07.10 with unloading next day at the new place. I hope that unpacking will go easier and faster and then I will return to my normal rutine :)
  • Congratulations to all the winners! You are so inspiring!
I'm on a good streak right now.
Exercise: 15 minute MommaStrong and 30 minute walk with my 5 year old on his balance bike - intervals of jogging and intervals of stopping to look at leaves, mushrooms, ferns
Tracking - Planned out a 1200 + exercise calories day
Calories - And followed the plan - under!

Planning to do this Challenge again in October - this has been great!

    Oh!!!!! So close too!!! ;)

@Mrs_Hoffer my name should be taken off the Winners Circle. As of 9-28 I've used 4 Pass Days.

    Tracked - Yes
    Within calorie budget - Yes
    Exercised - Yes, a 4 mile run🏃‍♀️

Yep, I did notice that and have taken your name off of the Official Winner's Circle List that will post on October 1. Thanks for letting me know tho - as I do sometimes miss things. It's been wonderful having you this month and seeing your progress! I'm so glad to see you've joined us in October as well!

@Winner_in_Life I have to admit that yesterday was supposed to be that Day 17 lunge only day and I decided not to do it. I'm also not doing most of the HIITs as they're too hard on my knees though it seems Day 20 is low impact so I can manage that. At this point I'm just going to follow the Day order but switch to only four workouts per week rather than five. I think my body is telling me it needs more rest.

Another pass day. Plenty of walking and fairly sensible food choices but I didn't log them.
Whoops, wrong day, I already posted the 29th.

Taking pass day #4 ... so no longer in the winner circle. I'm feeling rather poorly today ... my knees hurt and I feel fatigued again. Not too sure why since I haven't done any leg work since Saturday outside of the treadmill. Last night when we took our walk I had a weird out of breath feeling and my watch showed my heart rate went up to 106 even though the pace was even slower than what I do on the treadmill. My normal heart rate is in the 60s.

@LazyBlondeChef I hope you’re all better. I’ve had similar symptoms…seasonal changes was all I could come up with…

    Champions’ Circle
If I had averaged my exercise & calories, I would be in Winner’s Circle. I grapple with this as a maintainer.

Love our group, camaraderie, and support!

PS ANYONE still posting in the final week of a month is a WINNER to me! Congratulations ❣️
