Walking and a lot of activity around the house
@Healthymumlife What a lovely picture!
@LazyBlondeChef I can't say we have a Sunday traditional meal or do anything beyond the normal but it was really nice reading about what everyone else is doing.5 -

Things are different since I started clean keto this year regarding cooking large, shareable meals with leftover dishes planned from them. It started out with me still making some of our regular large dishes for the rest of the family but we would wind up with too much leftover that my wife and kids couldn't finish and they eventually got tired of even the thought of it!
I do still prep a lot of basics ahead though, cooking proteins up for example, indoors or out depending on things. That is used to prep quicker, more individual meals up for us later.

Tracking: Yes
Calories: under - diabetes is a comorbidity of UC and my new meds can cause high glucose levels and really mess up insulin levels. I never had a problem with it until this weekend. So I’m off several meds and working to get my levels under control so my calories are low. I was told I have to start exercising daily and tracking my food to watch sugar and carbs (I already do this so I’m thinking it was mainly meds). They assured me tracking would get easier with practice as well as daily exercise. Ha! Thank you UAC! It is Monday morning as I type this and my levels are almost normal again. Since I am of normal weight, losing weight isn’t a concern. I’ve got this.
Exercise: Yes, full body stretch warm up 10 min, cycle 45 min, cool down ride, post ride stretch, focus flow yoga 20 min

Pass day. Sunday was a “mission day” to acquire things that made our friend who just lost her mom smile. We succeeded. It was a good day.7

Tracked - Yes
Within calorie budget - Yes, just barely with 52 calories to spare
Exercise - Yes, a 20 minute walk
Pass Days Used - 3
Our Sunday dinners aren't fancy; I usually fix something that doesn't take a whole lot of effort. Every once in a while I'll pan fry DH a steak which I did last night and also fixed him some mashed potatoes to go with it. I had scrambled eggs for something light since I didn't get much calorie burning exercise. We both had cooked veggies and carrot sticks on the side.

Re +100 cals…
Maybe just decide if you’d rather be sure not to gain weight OR if you won’t mind having to lose some of you’ve overshot your calories. I did fine over time I could eat more. We need to be patient & look at monthly & yearly averages. Just takes awhile maintaining until we have the data to do so!!
@MadisonMolly2017 I am still trying to lose a minimum of 5 pounds. I bumped my calories up to try to give myself a little extra to sustain my running.2 -

It's my easiest day of cooking because the kids have taken turns for years making it! We garnish with sour cream and salsas/ hot sauces. Sometimes, we add a salad. The family, cousins , and friends love it. Since we started using crockpot liners, cleanup is a cinch 😂!

@JTreasures this sounds really good! I'd like to try it if you have the recipe to share!1 -

@MadisonMolly2017 Sorry to learn of your tinnitus!
I deliberately came looking for you.
We have contracts on both our home+7.5 acres and the farm house/outbuildings/30 acres parcel. We have packed and donated more than 60% of what we had here in the house. 20% is staying here for the new buyers and the remainder will get moved to a studio apartment near our grandchildren and a storage unit.
The official transfer of the law firm is scheduled for my last partner's meeting, December 10. Nicely, the young team will hold that meeting in Phoenix. This will be my last payroll year and the end of an active practice of law.
This coming Sunday afternoon, my 3 horses will be trailered to the equine therapy program stable. I have been very active in that organization and I am very happy the horses will be both used well and loved on.
Rose and I may have a thousand things left to do, but we have already done 10,000. We feel relieved to have the properties under contract with strong buyers.
The young partners will be buying the law firm office building from Rose and I. That will transfer the mortgage to them. We are all happy with that situation. The law firm (my daughter is one of my successor owners) is doing very well and serving with integrity.
I'm ready to get to Phoenix.

That's really great @RangerRickL ... I would have thought acreage would be harder to sell than a single lot house but it seems not to be the case.0

Congratulations @RangerRickL — what an exciting time!0

Wow! That is a lot @RangerRickL congrats on everything!1

Congratulations @RangerRickL1

Wow, @RangerRick, I'm breathless just reading all that. (I'd be stressing so badly right now if I was going through anything like that)! Mazel give in the real estate deals, how lovely that one of your daughters is part of the group buying your practice. And I'm sure the hisses will be well taken care of. (You may have already mentioned this, but do you, or will you, have horses in Arizona?) Best of everything to you and your wife on your new adventure!1

@RangerRickL it sounds like everything is coming together..... and CONGRATS on moving into the next phase of your life! How exciting! I'm so glad that everything is working out so well.
Reading your post made me think of Sherri @SModa61 and wonder how she is doing in her transition.1
