Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

Once per month, we really need you to do one thing for the UAC.
Please take 3 minutes and share your enthusiasm about our UAC team.
The last week of each month, I post a promotion ad on the MFP Challenge Board. You may have found the UAC via one of those posts.
Now, we need you to encourage others to join us.
Please help us to help others!!
Click on this link and share why you love the UAC!!

Walked 1, ran 4, walked 0.9
Pass days: Too many
Kicks: 6
I’ve decided that along with the three UAC goals and pass days (which I’ll start tracking again in October) I’m going to start tracking my mileage on my running shoes as I think I’ve let a few of them go too long before swapping them out in recent months. That will be my “kicks” number going forward, and if I do what I did today and do 5.9 miles I’ll just be rounding up to the next whole or half number.
Also the weather today was amazing. Fall is finally starting to show! 🥰

"Sharing knowledge is not about giving people something, or getting something from them. That is only valid for information sharing. Sharing knowledge occurs when people are genuinely interested in helping one another develop new capacities for action; it is about creating learning processes." ~ Peter Senge10 -

I’ll not be in the Winner’s Circle but I’ll be checking in every day.
Exercise: active stretching for 30 minutes. My stretching exercises regimen has helped me avoid back pain and to be much more balanced as a horse back rider. My chronic lumbar tightness interfered with my ability to move with the horse’s movement. Also got more than 35 minutes of walking
Tracking: good
Calories: barely under my limit10 -

Pass Day 9 or so, I've kind of lost track.
Since the restaurant my wife wanted to order from for her birthday had been closed on her birthday, we ordered from it last night. It was a crazy overindulgence, and my belly was very mad at me. But it made her very happy. It was also our wedding anniversary so another excuse for indulgence. I also went to an outdoor gathering in the morning - very out of practice with going to a gathering! There was food. I consumed only moderately, but I really didn't need to have anything at all. But I was proud of myself for being very moderate.
I did exercise - actually went for an evening walk, really motivated by this group to get in my exercise. It was lovely.
Today I have already planned out my day. With the 1200 calories I had to move some stuff around after I made the plan. Can't have olives and cheese both in my lunch salad if I want to have half an avocado with dinner. But I made a plan that still sounds delicious.

Despite having an otherwise unremarkable day yesterday it was quite interesting (only to me, of course).
It started off by breaking my weekend morning routine of getting an hour+ walk in before dawn (since the sun rises well after 6:30 now). I glanced at the temperature on my watch face (53* F) and headed right on out. That was 6 degrees warmer than just the other day when I felt I was pushing my luck with shorts and a t-shirt (although the sun was out at that time), so I didn't think about clothing at all (other than the typical subconscious check that I had them on before going out). Well, before I was 1/4 mile into my walk I was chilled and could tell by then that walking was not going to warm me up, and it was only going to get colder since it was a pre-dawn walk. So I turned around and had to warm up by the time I got home, eating up pretty much all of my walking time.
I did a core isometrics strength routine for exercise instead, which was a nice change for a Saturday.
As for food, not much as I discovered how much extra food I normally account for with my walking burns, even though I eat less than half of that back. I stayed under budget though by keeping everything simple and small.
So it was quite a different day than normal, not in a bad way, and was successful.
I could feel the difference in my foot this morning. I think it enjoyed a full day off. Poor thing.
