This will have to be brief tonight as I am having problems with my eyes, and reading the screen is making them water.

Consistency and accountability are the byword for you a UAC, and our members have both of them in abundance.

I thought I'd already posted in this thread but it obviously didn't load.
I did a 1 hour walk in the morning and then felt unwell in the afternoon so didn't track or stay under calories which ended up making me use another pass day ... so 4 days used in total5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes (walk with my little guy)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No
I FINALLY got a workout in and I went off on tracking. Started out ok, pre-logged approximate dinner, then started snacking and it all went for naught. At least I got a good walk in.5 -
