Hiking as we did today

12k steps in the Big Sur mountains on the CA coast
A tough hike - washed out boys & slippery surface with steep
Hillside) but I navigated it easily
Not sore at all the next day
We LOVE that I can now do this WITH my husbandβ£οΈβ£οΈβ£οΈ
Took our own food like last time, changing habit of a lifetime of eating our while vacationing

Took an easy day as I got the shingles vaccine. My husband had a poor reaction so I was not sure what to expect. For me, all day headache eventually followed by fever and chills. They gave me a flu shot at the same time and in retrospect, I am not sure this was the best thing for my body. However I have been told this is much preferred to getting the actual shingles so I am good with it.4 -
