Sept 16 - pass day for me. I'm at 5/3 now. I hope to get back on track today.
I agree, everyone's NSVs are inspiring. Health is really most important. I have an autoimmune condition and the doctors have told me one of the best things I can do to make it affect my life is to lose weight, so that's a big part of why I am so dedicated. I'm not sure I can call it a NSV though, because it still does affect my life - but probably less than it otherwise would?6 -

Yes x 3 today. I had a lousy start to my day at work and yet I managed to walk in the kitchen and thought no, I don't want to do this, this isn't going to help. So I sat back down and played some music and just kept on working. I also got on my bike at lunch and went for a long ride and then burned some energy in the pool after work. So another NSV. Probably wouldn't have been able to do that a few weeks back.

@donna25trinity We are ALL a work in progress! Don't beat yourself up! Start your "count" of non-grazing days over again and just keep on keeping on! You got this sis! And GOOD FOR YOU for stepping up and being accountable to yourself! Like Chris said above, "Your mindset to stick with it is what will give you ultimate success!"

......... My arthritis isnt as painful, (walks) ..Down a Size, almost 2 sizes...
......... Its sooooooooo much easier to say No Thank You to Sweets & Starches

Finally after 5 days at the same weight-137.6-my weight has moved down to 137.2. Chip, chip, chipping away. Patience and perseverance! Having to be accountable to this challenge has been a big help!

Like @Caroline_slowandsteady, keeping healthy is a huge motivator to me. A courageous & generous friend gave me her kidney. I promised MYSELF that I would take at least as good a care of it as she did/does!! I want this kidney to last a long long time❣️

Exercise? Yes, barely. Sienna and I saw a smallish snake on our walk tonight. I don't know what it was except that it wasn't a rattler. That's okay then.

3. Moved for 20 minutes or more? ✅ one 20 minute walk and upper body weights and stretching.
Had my third Pfizer (booster) shot on Wednesday night (due to an immune suppression drug I am on that is on the provincial government’s radar to issue extra protections). Was dreading having it as I got very sick after the second vaccine. The arm work was to get as much blood flow happening to improve the situation.
