Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Late night Cubii again. Grrr...
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I'm another one on the Libra app. I think it's a good way to keep from going crazy with the daily fluctuations because one day generally doesn't impact your trend. I still generally post a weigh in on MFP weekly (Tuesdays) just to have some metrics there when I want them, but I like seeing the daily fluctuations (data junkie). I'm that weird nerd that will play with the advanced settings in Libra adjusting how many days it uses for trend and forecasting and seeing how it changes the line in relation to my actual weights.4 -

Did I exercise at least 20 minutes? I did.
Did I track everything? I did that too.
Did I eat within calorie goals? This, I didn't do.
I weigh in every morning. I have a digital scale and I weigh myself 3 to 4 times and then take an average. I don't have an app, and I don't log it into MFP more than every now and then, but I do enter it into the "notes" section of the food diary on MFP so I can at least look at it.3 -

@bradkcrew @biketheworld @WhatMeRunning Thanks for your support. I am absolutely paranoid about walking on ice now. I live somewhere that we can have icy sidewalks and stairs for up to 8 months of the year.
I am a pretty positive and optimistic person and I think that is a benefit when you have to make it through the isolation and endless physio and fascia work that comes from so many surgeries and so much damage to bones, ligaments, and tendons. I have a great support system at home through my fantastic husband and our daughter who lived at home with us through some of this. Though, when I fell down the stairs and broke the right leg, there was a moment when I literally begged them to just put a pillow over my face as I swore that I could not do it all again. But they didn’t; and I did do it all again on the other leg. What doesn’t kill us can make us stronger. ❤️8 -
