Tracking: Yes but had to reconstruct and guesstimate

Calories: No - and that’s okay - I enjoyed my moms birthday celebration guilt free and surprisingly (or perhaps not so surprisingly because I am building great habits here) wasn’t over by too too much. Scallops with some type of delicious risotto, roasted Brussel sprouts, white wine, bread budding with gelato

Exercise: No had lots of work and then drove 3 hours round trip to and from my mom’s birthday dinner

AM Walking for exercise, walking the dog and fitting in mini exercises at work when I could

I have enjoyed reading what people are cooking in their kitchens. It inspires me to add some new options to my diet.
    Thanks for sharing! :)

    Yes x 3

"When I buy cookies I eat just four and throw the rest away. But first I spray them with Raid so I won't dig them out of the garbage later. Be careful, though, because Raid really doesn't taste that bad." ~ Janette Barber

Why don't you just buy a smal single package? Or share with someone else. Spraying with raid also helps with the bugs too I'm sure.
