3 x Yes. Exercise barely, it really pissed down with rain most of the day, some streets flooded, but I got a little walk in and some shopping, in-between downpours.
I have a home help for a couple of hours every fortnight, basically to do things my knees cannot cope with. This is a new help, who came once while I was there, but last time I was in the Netherlands and had left her the keys. When I came home, I found that she had emptied my fridge and some of my cupboards of every single item that was even slightly out of date, including dried herbs and spices ... I am no great believer in foodstuffs going off if they are past their due date, I tend to use my nose and common sense, but I now find I am having to buy lots of things to replace what she's chucked ... Surely, hot sauce, kept in the fridge doesn't go off? Rice? Lentils? Dried pasta? Little tins of concentrated tomato puree?7 -

I explored towns and roads Iβve never seen before, and then stopped at my absolute favorite beach, Warren Dunes State Park. If anyone is ever in the SW Michigan area, this place is spectacular. Past that fence is more beach, behind me are sand dunes, The picture doesnβt do it justice. I had to stay up by one of the beach houses to take this because bikes and bike shoes and sand donβt get along very well. But this will give you a small idea. According to my garmin, I burned 3600 calories. According to the scale, I gained 2 pounds. Not fretting, one thing about weighing every day is that I understand how my body responds to this sort of thing.
Didn't have much money 42 years ago, but Warren Dunes was a great honeymoon for a college student and his wife (with no job)! We still love Beach vacations. Lake Michigan is so beautiful in summer!7 -

@Chinkiri is your helper younger than you? There's a trend on social media to help elderly ones get rid of dangerously out of date food/meds in their home. I'd just let her know you don't need that kind of help, and if you really want to impress upon her the trouble she caused, present her with the grocery receipts for all your replacement items and ask for repayment! (Just kidding there, but it's tempting at times!)
@patienceperfectwork aw c'mon! Think outside the box. Surely you got 20 minutes of exercise in: walking at the airport (with possible wind sprints) and the venue; squats getting in and out of transportation and chairs; you get the idea?6 -

Friday was the end of a hard work week. I wanted to celebrate by having a pint and pizza. But if I go down that road, who knows when I'll make it back. So, I chatted on the phone with friends, make healthy food, made my UAC goals, and went to bed.
I'm glad I made the healthy choice. Joining UAC, and reporting daily, was just enough to tip the scales in the healthy direction.6 -

So we lost power for 7 hours yesterday. I did exercise! I didnβt track and I donβt think I was under.
If you donβt successfully do all three things, you must use a pass day, correct? So I think I need another pass day.
