Working on my standing poses!

I did a few standing poses and I was amazed I could do them ..but I did and it felt so Good🏋️🙏I have a hard time getting on knees (( knee replacements ) so I do some on the bed flexibility is what I need for chronic back problems
I'm adding Daily meditation too as I have let that go because I get to busy helping others being a cook at soup kitchen and helping feed others and working at the Gods Garden veggies for local pantries atleast that is exercise it's great to help others but I also need to take care of myself ..so next week more yoga ,meditation ,and steps and taking care my inner self and getting my portions ..down🙏🌻 🙆two great goals
