Stats:
Age 30
Height 5'3"
Weight 192.6
Bf% 38.1 (handheld machine measurer thingy)
What's your current gross intake of calories, on average?
1800
What's your current average intake of protein, carbs, and fats, in grams? (GRAMS, not percent!)
Carbs: about 200
Protein: around 100
Fat: 50ish
Do you use a food scale and measure everything?
Yes
Do you track all of your intake, daily? (Everything?)
I don't always track water, but food, yes
Do you take cheat days or days off?
Occasionally. Usually stay within my calories, but if we have pizza or go out to eat, I'll let my macros slide for the day.
How much weight have you lost so far and over what time period?
Post baby-68 lbs. May 2012
Since tracking, 47 lbs Feb 2013
Describe your activity (exercise and non exercise) and did you change that activity withing the last couple of months?
Cable weights 5x5 mwf with minor cardio (300 cal burn), t/th cardio (500+ burn)
Just started running 1-3x a week (past month)
How long have you been stalled and if it is not a complete stall please be very specific as to how much you have lost over the stalled period.
Not stalled, looking for advice on Ugw.
Are you breastfeeding?
Yes, I have a 15 month toddler, so 3-5x a day. I add 200 cals a day to compensate
Do you have thyroid issues/risks or PCOS?
Not that I'm aware of.
I know bmi is a crappy indicator of health, but after doing some math, I'm confused about what my goal should be. I've always been muscular. I have solid legs. According to the body fat monitor at the gym, I'm sitting right at 38%, so I'm maintaining 120 lb lbm (down from 122 in April).
With some crude calculations, that means that at my initial goal of 160, I should be about 25% body fat, and 150 would drop me to 20%.
According to Dr Google, I "should ideally" have 90 lb lbm and my ideal weight is between 111-144.
I know lbm includes fluid weight, and less fat means less blood is needed to maintain all that fat, but 30 lbs worth?! What should I realistically be looking at for a goal? I hate to obsess over numbers, but I'd love to say I'm "normal" again. But if that means getting to 15% bf or less, I just don't know if it's attainable!
Thanks for your help!

A reasonable weight will likely be in the 130-140 range but that depends entirely on what your goals are.0

Those devices are terribly inaccurate so I would not put too much stock in them. Your ultimate goal weight really depends on your LBM, frame and personal preference. There is a pretty big variation of weight at the same BF% even at the same height. I am 5 6" and am about 150lb at 20% BF. That is pretty high and a lot of women at the same BF% and height are much lighter - even 30lb lighter. Pick a reasonable number - the range SideSteel gives is a good one, then reassess when getting near it.0
