C- Carrots- Roasted we’re always my favorite
I always enjoyed cutting up a variety of fresh veggies and lay them on a large oven tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle a variety of herbs and spices on them and brush them over with olive oil, put in oven on 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, just until they were brown and tender, not soft but a nice crunch to them. Sometimes just before they were finished I’d sprinkle Parmesan cheese on them and put back in oven long enough to melt cheese. So tasty and scrumptious! 😋😋😋0 -

I also love roasted vegetable but I never thought to put Parmesan cheese on them. I will need to try that next time I roast vegetables.1 -

G - Grapes - our grapes are getting ripe. I hope the raccoons and squirrels do not get in there and eat them all like they did last year. They seem to like them a little unripe so stripped the vines before we felt they were ripe enough to pick.1
