Yes! We all want to have fun! After the boys went to the store for ice cream, a truck drove by the crowd offering chairs for rent. It would be nice to sit down while we listen to the band.
RENT1 -
Am looking at getting in some extra laughter - 'bent' on having some good belly laughts
bent1 -
Yes I am with you Marilyn on joining you for some “Great Belly Laughs”
Let’s see who will Bend some Rhymes and receive the Belly Laughs we are looking for! Hehe 😜
BEND0 -
That ice cream store is one of my favorites. It has so many flavors and new tastes. If I stay there too long, it will put a "dent" in my plans to loose weight this summer because I will want a sample of every flavor.
DENT1 -
If anyone is still bent on laughter, watch the clown drink from a straw with a bend in it!
Ice cream samples can surely put a dent in any diet!
DIET1 -
Laughter is good medicine to get us in a good mood. Not only does the clown drink with a straw with a bend in it, he also has floppy "ties" that he wears that are so bright it hurts my eyes to look at them.
TIES1 -
Ties bright enough to hurt your eyes sounds dangerous! Maybe it would be best for us to change our seats.
BEST1 -
REST1
-
Yes, it might be best to change our seats to give our eyes a rest. Let's go to the new section where they have cushioned seats rather than the hard benches we have been sitting on. This will be a "test" to see how the new seats feel.1
-
Yes giving our eyes a rest is good for us. It is fun watching the clowns with all their funny antics, usually the ties are oversized with such bright colours it almost hurts our eyes. So let’s go West of our current location and how bout visiting The PNE and maybe ride the oldest wooden Roller coaster, this year is 65 years!
WEST0 -
I would love to test the cushion seats, good idea! After we have our rest, we will head west to see the oldest wooden roller coaster in the PNE! Let’s hope no vandals rub suet on the tracks to make it go faster!
SUET1 -
Duet1
-
I certainly hope a duet of vandals do not put suet on the tracks. I do not want to be hanging out over the edge of the seat as we go around corners quickly. Suet is not good for tracks but is good for a bird's "diet" especially in the cold weather.
DIET1 -
I’m with you both for sure trust no suet is thrown on the tracks as the roller coaster goes fast enough. And if I am on the coaster going around corners too fast I might get sick, not good. I have a good plan, we will bring rope and tie it around our waists and to the seat, that way we won’t fall over the side of the coaster.
TIED0 -
A diet of suet is great for the birds but I have to be honest with you gals...I do not plan to go on the roller coaster with you, not even if I am tied into my seat! I think I would choose to fly a kite instead! Anyone else care to join me?
KITE1 -
Bite1
-
Rollercoasters have a tendency to make me "sea sick" so a "lite" kite that is easy to control sounds better as long as a bird does not bite the string and we loose the whole kite.
LITE1 -
Oh my goodness, being sea sick on a roller coaster could have evil consequences! I will look for the kind of string that a bird can not bite, glad you thought of it in advance. At least a lite kite will not lift us off the ground!
LIFT0 -
A lite kite sounds good. I have seen some beautiful kites at the seashore. I will have to "sift" through my pictures so I can show you all some.
SIFT1 -
So sorry for not being here last couple of days, just haven’t been myself.
I agree st this point roller coaster would make be sicker so a kite sounds like a great idea, in jubilation I’m pumping my Fist in the air to flying kites…
FIST0 -
Judith you are so faithful at the games, so of course you were missed but no need to say sorry to those who love you! Play when you can and rest when you can and know you are in our prayers.
Linda, if you sift through your pictures and find a kite, we would love to see it! LOL at Judith pumping her fist in jubilation! By the way, the maid sent us a thank-you gift! I will bring it tonight!
GIFT1 -
So not it is settled that we will fly a light kite with a string that the birds will not bite and for our rememberance I will sift through my pictures. Whew, I can take off my "list" a lot of things that we wanted to do.
LIST1 -
Yes good thing I like that. So let’s see what adventure comes our way. However we need to wait till this storm passes, there is heavy rain and thunder caps even lightening that is leaving a Mist over the horizon, once that clears we can be on our way and perhaps catch the next Hot Air Balloon that will take us high over the horizon!
MIST0 -
Thanks for keeping a list of possible adventures. When the mist leaves we will have sunshine so we might want to consider a swim. When the air is more stable we could consider the hot air balloon.
SWIM1 -
Both ideas sound great although I do not look so great in a swimming suit. LOL We are having so much fun I would not want to "miss" any of it.
MISS1 -
Yes we sure are having so much fun. I like the idea of waiting for cooler weather for our Hot Air Balloon ride and have a swim in the ocean. Maybe we will come across a school of Dolphins, they are so playful and gentle, they like to get up close and give you a Kiss, how does that sound, is it appealing to you gals??
KISS0 -
Yes, the dolphins are very appealing to me!
No need to miss any activities in the water! We will look fine in our bathing suits because everyone has to wear a T-Shirt to cover. The dolphins like to kiss and be playful...apparently some suits don’t stay in place so the shirt saves everyone from the risk of embarrassment.
RISK1 -
I like to watch the dolfins do playful things but I am not sure about the kiss being welcome. The thought of their "skin" touching my mouth is off putting to me. (From google "A dolphin's skin is smooth and feels rubbery. The skin has no hair or sweat glands. The outer skin layer (epidermis) is about 15 to 20 times thicker than the epidermis of humans. Dolphin skin constantly flakes and peels as new skin cells replace old cells.)
SKIN1 -
Dear me as you filled us in about Dolphins skin how it flakes and peels, wow, I feel
Like a dolphin as since my last surgery my skin has pooled and bubbled and strips of skin around suture line and graphs and flaps consistently does this which surgeon said happens early on in recovery but not 11 months later. I wonder why? And my surgeon does too.
Wonder if our playful friendly dolphins are being Kind to share their skin cells that are replaced!
KIND0 -
This is an educational game, thank-you! It sounds a little like psoriasis, skin that flakes and peels.
A kind dolphin would want to share her skin cells...pink skin cells that are healthy and strong.
