I hit my weight loss goal and then realized I needed to lose more. Since they time I've been snacking and overeating, and I'm starting to gain the weight back.

    Stop where you are. Do at least 30 days just logging and with your calorie goals set to maintain. My original goal weight was not where I wanted to be. I still took a break though because I was TIRED . Resume loss when you're in a better mental and physical place. Extended time in a deficit is hard mentally and physcially.
