Need help - Post workout drink/meal

All,

What do you recommend as a good post workout drink after T25? I live in India with no access to shakeology/P90X endurance formula or anything of that sort. I feel exhausted by the end of the day and getting up the next morning for my next workout seems like a chore. I am a vegetarian with not many protein options and so, any input on that regard would also help.

I would like to hear from the group here.

    Not sure how strict your vegetarian restrictions are but what about cheese or egg. Also nuts (almonds or your favorite kind); seeds
    (pumpkin, sunflower, or whatever you have available) and yogurt. You could make a trail mix out of the seeds, nuts, and a few other ingredients of your choosing. Google trail mix recipes and try to find one to your liking. You could also mix the nuts or seeds into your yogurt. I add chia seeds to my smoothies so I'm sure the same could be done with yogurt. Flax seeds work too. Hope this helps!
