We have certainly had a variety in our weather today. It was cold this morning with a low of 28F (-2.2C) and snow and fog but this after noon it got up to 45F (7.2C).1

Love this time of the year with new growth in our orchards and gardens. In spite of chilly weather overnight and early morning temperatures my Hosta is growing in leaps and bounds.
Today it started out chilly, 39 degrees with 49 degrees for afternoon and now it has dropped to 40 degrees at 9:20pm Thursday night, we had sporadic rain 🌧 showers today!0 -

Today it was cloudy with temps of low overnight and early morning 38 degrees with temps now at 51 degrees. Wow, we are surpassing our daytime and evening temps 👍 a first!0 -

We started out with cloudy 🌥 skies. Our temps were 42 degrees this morning and tonight they are 50 degrees. Rain was in the forecast for today, 80% weather man said, however, we had sunny skies all afternoon! So lovely! Yay us 😀0

It rained for most of the evening and night but now it is partly cloudy. I had put some clothes that can not be dried in the dryer out on the clothesline that is covered and protected from the rain by the porch but obviously they did not dry and I had to bring them inside to dry before I could wear them. High of 57F (13.8C) and low of 43F (6.1C) today.1

Our weather is much like both of yours. Yesterday we had sunny skies, I was hoping for more today, unfortunately we got rain showers. My Hosta is sure enjoying it as it is growing in leaps and bounds.
Temps were 45 degrees and our evening temps have been in the low 50’s. The temps will drop overnight. Here’s hoping we get some sunny skies.0 -

It's amazing how our temperatures are similar this time if year, Judith! We're pretty close too, Linda.1 -
High of 75F and low of 46F. We worked pulling weeds and cutting back climbing vines on the fence. The vines had taken over the area where the grape vine plant that we had planted.1

Wow 75 degrees for you Linda, that’s pretty nice for you as you worked pulling weeds and cleaning up the area, would love to see a picture of your grape vine. What other plants do you have? Do you grow veggies or herbs?
Susan, yes we have weather alike but amazing considering we live in opposite parts of the globe!

Yes, Judith, we had similar temperatures but I think our humidity would have been different. The humidity was less today so it felt cooler.1 -

Our grape vine is very little and has not started to leaf out yet so there is not much to see right now, The ornemental vines on the fence are very aggressive so we have to cut them down to let the grape vine get enough sun to be able to grow. When it is a little bigger and leafed out I will try to remember to send a picture. I have patio beds and pots so we do not do as much gardening as we used to do. We did have tomatoes, carrots, beets and cucumbers last year. I also have pots with chives, mint, and parsely and some flowers and the grandkids planted some potatoes that had sprouted which actually did very well in a pot. Our biggest garden is in Denver where our daughter plants and takes care of it. She plants tomatoes, beets, carrots, zucchini, butternut squash and peas.1 -
Thank you for sharing Linda, you gave me a great idea about planting potatoes in a container, I have used up my ground area to plant and have couple of pots left so instead of more flowers I will try potatoes and plant a mixed pot of herbs which I’ve done before! The garden in Denver is much like I did in the houses my husband and I had back East in Ontario!
