    That's a good idea about planting potatoes and herbs in pots. I have been thinking of doing that too. I even looked up some fabric planter bags this week. We grow vegetables in winter here as they don't get seared by the heat!

    So strange as the forecast said 100% Rain Showers, not sure where that came from as we had mostly cloudy skies, temps, low of 52 degrees and a high of 70 degrees

    It is overcast today - I miss the sunshine. We are having a high of 68F (20C) and low of 46F (7.7C) so it is a cooler day without the sunshine.

    Today we had mostly cloudy 🌥 skies but this afternoon we had a sprinkle of rain ☔️ but it didn’t last but we sure had grey cloudy skies, temps ranged from 48 degrees to 56 degrees

    Exactly the temperatures we had yesterday but less overcast. We had a few drops of rain last night but not enough to get anything wet.

    Susan, I am sure your garden was looking so perky after the drink of water! 😊

    We have been give an alert that we are in for a weather change with high temps from Friday to next week, unusual temps for this time of year. So from being cold temps from 48 degrees and usually nothing over mid 50’s and 60’s we are facing high 80’s and 90’s. And just over night! It was hot today and sunny, I didn’t get the temps but will report it all tomorrow with long range forecast for you.

    Overcast with a few rain sprinkles High of 63F (17.2C)and low of 45F (7.2C) The water in the Colorado River is still pretty muddy from the snow melting on the peaks. Our irrigation water comes from this river and the plants have muddy spots on the leaves.

    We are in a Major Heat Wave: And it’s Still Spring Season!

    Environment Canada issued a warning stating Heat wave would continue, it will continue from Friday May 12 to Wednesday May 17th. Told us to be careful and stay safe and keep well hydrated.

    Widespread daily maximum records of high temps are likely to be broken.

    Today it was hot and sunny all day, from Morning to Sundown. Forecast says our temps are 10 to 15 degrees above seasonal temps for mid May.

    We were 91 degrees Fahrenheit, and it’s expected to be this hot for the weekend and forecast says to expect even higher temps.

    My kids came tonight installed my AC and put my Patio and Garden furniture up in my yard complete with Umbrella’s to help keep the Sun off the siding and from penetrating through my blinds. I live on the sunny side of the street.
