Susan, your picture of your highway looks exactly like ours when we have rain but when we have heavy rain it pools over and floods. Hope your weather clears up.
Our forecast call for rain later tonight but all afternoon it was mostly Sunny ☀️ so nice. Sunny skies are expected all day Sunday.
our Temps were a high of 52 degrees Fahrenheit and a Low of 38 degrees Fahrenheit! So overall a pleasant day for us.Here is a picture of my Hosta that is growing in leaps and bounds. First time ever it’s started to grow like this in early April!

We had good storms last night and some places had meteor showers! A couple of meteors burned up in the atmosphere and caused sonic booms. I didn't see or hear them but videos were on Facebook last night from people who did. Meteor showers are common this time of year and in August too.

They are called the Leonid meteor showers and are here each year, Judith. We don't always get a big display like that. The meteors are small but they have the potential to really light up the sky! Or they might just be streaks of light too high for making such an impact.

Today my weather was much like yours; beautiful sunny ☀️ day and No Rain, music to my ears and my eyes. It’s been so lovely, my Miss Sunshine was basking in the sun, every time I saw her today she was laying on her back or side taking in the sunlight. Our temps were 60 degrees Fahrenheit and tonight it’s 37 degrees Fahrenheit.
