    Exercised - Yes 😀, used our treadmill- walked 30 minutes and ran 2 miles doing intervals, alternating every quarter mile running 4 mph and 6.2 mph 🏃‍♀️

    ✅ Exercise: 70 minutes of swimming
    ✅ Tracked

    Calories: Was a fail. Pass day. 174 calories over for trying a new recipe for Creamy Tuscan Chicken for supper tonight and not logging it first-- should have anticipated a recipe with cup of cream and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese can wreck a diet plan fast. It tasted really good but even my husband agreed the recipe is not healthy enough to save.
