Back on track. Feeling quite a bit better from being sick, but not all the way. But -
Exercise - 20 minutes walking with my daughter at the park as she practiced hoverboarding
Tracking - Planned the day, adjusted the plan. Lots of bone broth and fewer veggies, no dairy, but otherwise back to eating regular food.
    Calories - Under

Weighed in this morning and am gaining back the pounds that flew off with my illness. Makes me a bit sad. I'd like to get to keep just 1/2 a pound from my ordeal? But if I have to gain it all back to function again, I am ok with that. I'll lose it the proper way soon enough.

I have to be a curmudgeon and say I don't like today's message of positivity. I am big believer in feeling my feelings when I feel them. I find that if I take the time to feel them rather than push them away, I get through them faster.

@Chinkiri - my heart goes out to you. Alzheimer’s is a horrible disease because it robs us of the people we know and love even though they’re physically still here. They exist, but they’re not the same person. That angry/stubborn phase is probably the worst. When my father in law was diagnosed with onset Alzheimer’s, I remember him sitting there crying because he knew what the future was, not just for himself, but for my mother in law as well. I’m glad you’ve reached a way of coping.

Reverse psychology: 3/13 although I might have lost track of the days. I’ll have to go back and check.

That is why we write it down right?! Either way, it was a pass day. :)
