Exercise – yes, bike ride, cardio and walking
Tracked – yes
Calories – yes
I have a nasty cold that is making me feel rotten and makes me want to eat everything without caring! But I managed to satisfy the beast with raw carrots and apples and low calorie snacks so my day was OK. Exercise was low key, low impact, but I did get a 40 minute bike ride in.
I too have tinnitus – it bothers me when the house is quiet so I usually have the radio on all day.
But I’m also getting deaf and had a hearing test a few weeks ago, I get my hearing aids next week! (the joys of getting older)

A 4th pass day.
Recovering from my stomach bug. I was again definitely under calories (especially considering that Friday is my high calorie day), but needed to have the kind of day where I ate what appealed to me without thinking too much about it, so tracking really wasn't going to work. And zero exercise.
I am feeling so much better, so hoping to get back to tracking and exercising (at least a 20 minute walk) today.

@MadisonMolly2017 - thanks for sharing that. What an awful thing to live with. Will it go away in time? I almost never run or walk with earbuds and now I’m even less tempted to do so. My hearing is bad enough and I’m sure there are hearing aids in my future. I don’t need one more thing to create an issue!
Did NOT accomplish the 3 UAC goals today so my reverse numbers stand at 2/13.3 -

@seilidhe – Tracking is so important and it’s tempting to give up when you are going over your calories but you stuck with it – good for you.2

Hi @biketheworld!
Yes, I’d say don’t use earbuds as they are snuffed up close to eardrum so maximum damage even with hours of more moderate sounds.
A hearing aid seems to make tinnitus manageable for about 65% of folks.
Two friends who have had tinnitus a long time, do not hear it at all now- unless someone Mentions “tinnitus”
The key seems to be not paying attention to the phantom sounds, redirecting attention.
My Best to you!

So sorry for those with tinnitis 🥺 Such a nuisance for all who suffer with it. Thanks for sharing Maddie and for the heads up to us all. I know that I have never given my headphone use enough attention (particularly the number of hours a day I use them) prior to this. 😳 @MadisonMolly2017
