Thanks for the list, @Mrs_Hoffer . It is pretty inspiring to see myself tagged with the group. Last month, my first month, I saw the list and thought "Wow, I could never do that!" And here I am. I am looking ahead at the next 2 weeks and thinking maybe I could get by with only one more pass day and be a winner! Maybe I could actually do it.
There isn't anything particular on the calendar that merits a planned pass day. Halloween candy is fun, but I usually just incorporate a piece or two into my calorie total. That might be harder to do with 1200 calories, but I can probably manage it. Anyway, that's really a November problem, isn't it, if I just get through the one day. My kids are old enough to know if I steal their Halloween candy, so that's less of a temptation, but it's what the trick or treaters don't take.

Exercise? Yes. Neatly 90 minutes walking the dog (5k) and another 60 mins or so walking the aisle at the grocery store.

Calories? Nope. Ate my emotions this weekend and Sunday was particularly caloric.
Haven't read everything, but @SModa61, I hope your dad heals well and quick and that things get better all around soon. @biketheworld, awesome ride. I aspire to that kind of vacation someday (if I could include some horseback riding, that would be good )
I'll try to finish reading eventually. Being computerless at home has made me appreciate the larger screen so much more. But I'm grateful I have my phone.

Exercise: Yes, 20 plus minute walk to the playground with a 3 and 6 year old, play for over an hour, 20 plus minute walk back to house. Last time I had to carry the tired 3 year old the whole way back. This time I got smart and took their wagon. It was great until the 6 year old climbed in as well but pulling is way better than carrying.

Exercise Sunday was hiking with hubby in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. His foot was bothering him, so we didn't "hike" as much as I would've liked..... and I still wasn't feeling 100%. By dinnertime I had a fever, chills, and achy. We got into our hotel room, and I promptly went to bed while he watched the Steelers game.7 -
